Greek cooking, an olive-green awning, and a table on the street.
Brizola opened in February 2026: a warm corner of the Mediterranean in the middle of Estepona old town.
Sun-ripened vegetables, extra virgin olive oil, aromatic herbs, freshly grilled meat and seafood prepared the way it is meant to be.
02 — The food
From the grill, the pot and the filo.
Begin with dips and warm pitta, then meze in the middle of the table.
Then the things that take time.
03 — The restaurant
Wood, white plaster, olive green and low light.
Inside: oak tables, woven leather chairs, rattan pendants and a sage-green arch lined with Greek ceramics.
Outside: a handful of tables under the green awning on Calle Caridad.
04 — The Greek way
Long lunches. Later evenings.
Cocktails and Greek wine, plates in the middle of the table, nobody rushing anybody.
05 — Takeaway
Greek food to take home.
